Very cool. Joe Thorn has continued his series on reforming evangelism with a post on "The Diagram." This is a simple, but very helpful diagram that he and I have discussed a few times, and I use it in my church. The point is to help people know where they are: dead (uninterested or seeking) or alive (believing/converted and growing).
